Bacon Wrapped Kumara
Ingredients:
6 medium kumara
250gm streaky bacon
Instructions:
Peel Kumara and cut into halves.
Bring to the boil in a pot of hot salted water.
Drain and cool kumara.
Cut the bacon in half, length ways.
Wrap each kumara in 1 piece of bacon and place onto a greased roasting dish.
Place into a hot oven - 180 C for approx. 1/2 hour or until bacon is crispy.
Serves 6
